Technical area
The invention relates to a recovery device for automobiles, in particular electric automobiles.
Technical background
Burning electric cars are difficult to extinguish. An extinguishing device for burning electric cars is known as the RED BOXX. This includes a roll-off container with a floor and several side walls that define an interior space for accommodating the electric car. One end wall is designed as a closable flap and at the same time forms a ramp in the open position. In the open position of the closable flap, the burning electric car can be pulled into the container by means of a cable winch arranged on the opposite end wall in the interior of the container. To extinguish the electric car, the container is filled with extinguishing water with the flap closed.
The disadvantage of the known extinguishing container is that it cannot be transported when full and must be emptied again before being transported away. For the quick and safe recovery of accident electric cars, e.g. The known extinguishing device from a tunnel is not suitable.
Presentation of the invention
[0004] One object of the invention is to provide a recovery device with which electric cars that have had an accident can be recovered quickly and safely.
[0005] This object is achieved by a recovery device having the features of claim 1. The recovery device for recovering an automobile, in particular an electric automobile, comprises a transport vehicle and a container which can be filled with extinguishing water and has a container floor and several container walls which form an interior space for receiving the automobile. A front container wall is designed as a watertight, lockable door. The container also has a hinged steel lid that can be firmly closed to an upper opening of the container. When recovering a burning electric car, the container must be completely flooded with extinguishing water, which often contains additives or additives. Since the batteries of electric cars involved in an accident run for a long time, i.e. Can ignite again and again for up to 48 hours, the well-known container cannot be moved until the extinguishing water is emptied. This problem does not arise with the rescue device according to the invention. The container can easily be transported when it is filled with extinguishing water, because the extinguishing water sloshing around due to the movement of the container is efficiently retained by the container lid, so that even if the entire container is inclined, extinguishing water can hardly flow out. The recovery device can accordingly also be used in a tunnel if the automobile needs to be removed quickly. It can even be designed as a roll-off container, since a filled container can also be lifted onto the corresponding transport vehicle without the extinguishing water flowing out significantly.
The container is preferably waterproof up to 2 m in height and can hold up to 27500 liters of water.
In some embodiments, the steel cover can be designed in one or two parts. Usually it can be operated with stick winches. For safety, the steel cover, which can be made in one or two parts, can have at least one explosion flap.
In some embodiments, a circumferential seal is present between the lid and the upper end of the container. The seal can be an elastic seal or a labyrinth-like seal. In the case of a two-part cover, a seal can also be present between the two covers.
In some embodiments, the lid can have a strip which is arranged such that it runs along the upper edge of the container when the lid is closed and overlaps with it in order to reduce any leakage of extinguishing water sloshing around. In the case of a two-part cover, one cover part can be provided with a strip which, when the cover is closed, overlaps with the other cover part and covers the gap between the cover parts.
In some embodiments, the container can have a receiving frame for the lid on one of the two lateral container walls, which is pivotably connected to the upper edge of the lateral container wall and in which the lid is slidably received. To close the lid, the mounting frame can be brought into a horizontal position and the lid can be pushed over the upper container opening. The lid can then be attached to the container using fasteners. The empty cover mounting frame is brought back into the horizontal position.
In some embodiments, a fire alarm and / or a temperature sensor can be arranged in the interior of the container. When recovering and transporting an automobile that is not burning, the interior can be monitored for a possible fire. The fire alarm and / or temperature sensor can trigger an acoustic and / or visual alarm, e.g. in the driver's cab of the transport vehicle or on a smartphone of a person operating the rescue facility. In the event of an alarm, the operator can take the transport vehicle to the next extinguishing water supply, respectively. Drive to the nearest hydrant and flood the container with fire-fighting water and / or alert the fire brigade. Furthermore, the recovery device can have a dry extinguishing system, preferably an aerosol extinguishing system, which, when triggered, floods the interior with extinguishing fluid. The dry extinguishing system can be manually and / or automatically via the fire alarm respectively. the temperature sensor can be triggered.
In some embodiments, the recovery device may comprise means for loading the automobile into the interior of the container.
In some embodiments, the means for loading can comprise a pull rope which is guided over at least one deflection close to the floor, which is arranged in the interior on the end wall opposite the door near the floor, so that the automobile through the door opening into the interior of the container is draggable. One end of the traction cable can be attached to the vehicle involved in the accident, passed over the at least one deflection close to the ground and the other end to a vehicle, e.g. be attached to the transport vehicle. The pull rope can also be guided over an upper deflection, which is placed on the upper front edge of the front wall when the steel cover is open. In this way, an automobile can also be pulled into the container from the front of the container with a suitable vehicle or other traction device.
In some embodiments, the means for loading may comprise a winch connected to a pull rope, which is attached outside the interior of the container on the container, preferably on the end wall of the container opposite the door, or on the transport vehicle transporting the container. The cable winch never comes into contact with extinguishing water, which may contain additives and / or additives, and accordingly cannot be damaged by it. In some embodiments, the means for loading can comprise a sliding platform arranged in the interior. The sliding platform can be driven out or by means of hydraulic, rope or chain drives. Be designed to be retractable. A car that has had an accident can simply be placed or pushed onto an extended sliding platform for loading into the container. In this way, the automobile is more accessible for security purposes and can later be easily transferred to an interim storage facility or another container after it has been recovered. The bottom of the sliding platform can be designed as a grating.
In some embodiments, the container can have at least one inlet opening arranged in a container wall and / or at least one closable outlet opening for the extinguishing water arranged in the lower region of the side walls and / or the end wall for easier filling and emptying. The inlet and outlet openings are preferably provided with a Storz coupling. In addition, the interior of the container can have a sprinkler system for cooling an automobile. The sprinkler system preferably comprises several pipelines which are arranged in the upper area of the container walls and / or in the area of the container floor.
In some embodiments, the recovery device can further comprise a ramp which is arranged or attachable in the door opening area of the container.
In some embodiments, the container can have a removable, upper cross member, in particular a rear cross member and a central cross member, between the side walls for loading by means of a crane. The traverse can be provided with a clamping device to facilitate assembly and disassembly.
In some embodiments, the container can be designed as a roll-off container, which is deposited for loading with the damaged or burning automobile. The roll-off container can then be pulled back onto the corresponding truck, even when it is filled with extinguishing water, and the automobile can thus quickly be removed from any danger zone, e.g. removed from a tunnel.
In some embodiments, the recovery facility container may be mounted on a truck or a truck trailer.
[0020] The invention also relates to a method for recovering an automobile that has been involved in an accident with a recovery device described above. The method comprises the steps of: (a) providing the container; (b) loading the container with the crashed automobile; (c) Removal of the vehicle involved in the accident immediately after loading.
In some embodiments, the container can be flooded with extinguishing water before being transported away.

Ways of Carrying Out the Invention
In the figures 1 to 4 different views of a container 1 of a rescue device for recovering a burning automobile, in particular an electric automobile, are shown in the form of a roll-off container.
The container 1 has a container floor 2 and four container walls 3, 3 ', 4, 5, which together form a watertight interior 6 for receiving the automobile. One of the two front container walls 4, 5 is designed as a rear door 5 that can be closed in a watertight manner. Furthermore, the interior 6 can be completely closed at the top with a fixed steel cover 7, 7 ′, so that water sloshing around can hardly escape over the upper edge of the container interior 6. In the embodiment shown, the steel cover 7, 7 'is designed in two parts and is designed to be pivotable over the side container walls 3, 3'. An explosion flap 8 is arranged in the steel cover 7, 7 '. A cable winch 9 with a pull cable 10 is attached to the outside of the front end-side container wall 4. The pull rope 10 is guided into the interior 6 via a first upper deflection pulley 12, which can be placed on the upper edge of the front end-side container wall 4. A second deflection pulley 11 for the pull rope 10 is arranged in the interior near the floor on the inside on the front end-side container wall.
Next, 6 pipes 13 of a sprinkler system are laid in the interior, which are guided along the side walls 3, 3 'in the upper and lower areas.
In the front end wall 4 inlet and outlet openings 14, 14 ', 15, 15' are attached for extinguishing water. These can be provided with a Storz coupling.
The container 1 further comprises a foldable ramp 16 which is attached to the container floor on the door side.
The container can also have a dry extinguishing system, by means of which the interior of the container can be flooded with extinguishing fluid. A fire alarm and / or a temperature sensor can be arranged in the interior of the container to trigger the dry extinguishing system.
A removable, upper cross member 17 is formed between the side walls. The traverse prevents the side walls from being pushed outwards by the extinguishing water. For loading the container from above, e.g. using a crane, the crossbeam can be removed.
Fig. 5 shows a schematic representation of a container 1 with a lid receiving frame 18 and a cover 7 slidably received in the lid receiving frame 18. The lid receiving frame 18 is arranged along a side container wall 3 and articulated via a hinge 19 to the upper edge of the side container wall 3 connected. In the open state of the container 1, the lid 7 is received in the lid receiving frame 18 (FIG. 5 (a)). To close the container 1, the lid receiving frame 18 including the lid 7 is brought into a horizontal position and the lid 7 can be pushed or pulled out of the lid receiving frame 18 over the upper container opening (Fig. 5 (b), arrow), where it is with Fastening means is attached to the container 1. The empty cover receiving frame 18 is then brought back into the vertical position (FIG. 5 (c)).
Fig. 6 shows under (a) to (d) a container with sliding platform 20 in different positions, a lateral container wall is not shown. Fig. 7 shows the sliding platform 20 and the cable pull from below.
The sliding platform 20 has two lateral guide supports 21, 21 'with which it is mounted and guided on rollers 22, 22' which are attached to the lateral container walls 3, 3 '. These rollers 22, 22 'attached to the side container walls 3, 3' are arranged in the area of the container door 5 (not shown) and are designed in such a way that the sliding platform 20 can tilt around the pivot point of the rollers 22, 22 'when it is extended. At the front end, the sliding platform 20 has front rollers 23, 23 ′ on which the sliding platform 20 is mounted on a base 40 in the extended state. At the rear end, the sliding platform has rear rollers 24, 24 ′ on which the sliding platform 20 is mounted on the container floor 2 in the retracted state.
In the embodiment shown, the sliding platform 20 is extended or retracted by means of a cable pull. retracted. For this purpose, a front deflection roller 26 is arranged on the container floor 2 in the region of the container door 5, as can be seen in FIG. 6 (d). A first end of a pull rope 27 is attached to a first pull rope anchor 28 which is arranged at the rear end of the platform. The pull rope 27 runs from the first pull rope anchorage forward around the front pulley 26 and back over a first rear pulley 30 on the container rear wall to a winch 31, which is also attached to the container rear wall. Pulling in the first end of the pull rope leads to the sliding platform 20 moving out. A second end of the pull rope 27 is attached to a second pull rope anchorage 29, which is also arranged at the rear end of the sliding platform 20. The pull cable runs from the second pull cable anchorage 29 via a second rear deflection roller 32 on the rear wall of the container to the cable winch 31. Pulling in the second end of the pull cable 27 causes the sliding platform 20 to retract.
The sliding platform also has a grating as the platform floor 25.
